Open Role: Junk Removal Crew Member
Description
You're the hands of the operation: carrying furniture and appliances out of homes and condos, loading the truck smart and safe, sorting donation-worthy items from true junk, and leaving each job site swept clean. Jobs run all over Broward County — Fort Lauderdale high-rises one day, Coral Springs garages the next. Full-time and part-time schedules available.
Qualifications
- 18 or older, dependable, and on time — every time
- Able to repeatedly lift heavy items safely with a partner
- Comfortable working outdoors in South Florida heat and rain
- Friendly and respectful in customers' homes
- No experience needed — we train you on lifting, loading, and donation sorting
- Weekend availability is a plus (we're open 7 days)

Open Role: Crew Lead / Driver
Description
You run the truck and the day: driving and backing a loaded vehicle safely across Broward, leading a small crew on site, handling condo loading docks and elevator reservations, confirming the plan with the customer, and doing the final walk-through before you pull away. You're the owner's right hand on jobs he can't be on.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Confident driving and backing a loaded box truck or trailer
- Experience in junk removal, moving, delivery, or a trade preferred
- Able to lead a crew and lift alongside them
- Calm, clear communication with customers, realtors, and property managers
- Comfortable with navigation apps, photos, and simple job notes
