Ariel Golan — Owner & Founder
Ariel Golan is the founder of Haul & Go and the reason the company works the way it does. He's Broward-based, he built the business from the ground up, and he's still hands-on in the truck — not managing from behind a desk while a rotating crew works under his name.
Call (954) 404-2500 and Ariel is the one who picks up. He walks the job with you, gives you the full price before anything is lifted, and is right there lifting when the work starts. If something unexpected turns up mid-job — a locked shed, a couch that won't clear the stairwell, an HOA rule nobody mentioned — the owner is already on site to sort it out, not a phone number three states away.
Ask him why he started a junk removal company and the answer is simple: people here kept getting let down by haulers who overpromised and underdelivered, and he knew showing up on time with a fair number would be enough to stand out. That's still the whole playbook.

The Crew, Role by Role
We keep the team small on purpose — every person on your job is trained by Ariel and held to the same standard. Rather than parade names past you, here's who does what when Haul & Go pulls up.
Crew Lead / Driver
Runs the truck and the plan for the day. The crew lead handles safe loading, tight Broward parking, condo loading docks and elevator reservations, and makes sure the final walk-through happens before the truck leaves.
Hauling Crew
The muscle and the care. Crew members carry, cut down, and load everything from sleeper sofas to hot tub sections — protecting floors, doorframes, and lanai screens on the way out, and sweeping up behind themselves.
Office & Scheduling
Scheduling runs through the same phone you call — the person who quotes your job is the one who confirms your window, keeps the calendar honest, and makes sure your estimate, arrival time, and follow-up never fall through the cracks.
